The Rodin Wing Guide App (The App) is provided by the Shizuoka Prefectural Museum of Art (The Museum). The following terms and conditions set out the rules for the use of The App. If you agree to these terms you can use The App. If you do not agree to these terms you should shutdown The App.

1. User restrictions of The App

• The Museum refuses users who abuse The App or cause trouble to other users.
• The App is allowed to use for only personal use. The Museum prohibits to sell or redistribute The App.

2. Copyright of The App

• The copyright and the ownership of the contents including image, photos, audio and text relating to The App belong to The Museum and Watanabe Lab., University of Shizuoka. The users are not permitted to copy or redistribute them in any way or form.
• The Museum prohibits that users redistribute, copy, edit, reproduce and do reverse engineering The App.

3. Modifying and Terminating The App

• The Museum is constantly changing and improving The App. The Museum may suspend or stop the App without agreement of users.

1. About Collecting Personal Information

• The App shall not acquire personal informations such as name, gender, age and email address without user’s agreement.
• The App records user’s viewing data (manipulation and location log) only in the Rodin Wing. However The App shall not send these data without agreement of users.

2. Purpose of acuquiring the information

• We will use the information after we anonymize it that would not reveal specific individual, and will use the information only for improving service and academic education and research. We will use it for absolutely no other purposes.
• The acquired information will be, in compliance with ‘Shizuoka Prefectur’s Code on Personal Information Protection’, strictly managed by Watanabe Lab., University of Shizuoka, and will be protected by proper measures from leakages, unlawful usages, manupilations and such.

• Please use The App appropriately and safely in keeping with traffic rules. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any damages resulting from the use of The App.
• The data provided by The App should be used only as a guide. While we’ll try to improve accuracy of the data, the data may be different from fact. In that case, we assume no responsibility.
• Please note that the packet communication fees to use this app will be your responsibility.
